Terms and Conditions

Any registration in LP PERFORMANCE SPRL is subject to presentation of a valid identity document. The signing of this document implies acceptance of the conditions of sale as well as the internal regulations (available at reception) which the customer has read before signing this agreement. At the same time, they acknowledge that they have been properly informed of the various services, subscriptions and prices offered by LP PERFORMANCE SPRL.
1. Registration.
To have access to the gym, the minimum age is 18 years old. If the person is between 14 and under 18, an authorization must be signed by the legal representative at the time of registration.
2. Affiliation, deadline and terms of payment.
Membership of LP PERFORMANCE SPRL is always a fixed-term contract for the period mentioned in the member's registration form in the Duration box. Beyond this period and in the absence of termination in accordance with article 5 of the general conditions, the contract will be converted for an indefinite period, which can be terminated at any time by respecting the notice mentioned in article 5 of the general conditions. The subscription ends on the last day of the month following the day of the request for termination.
Unless otherwise stipulated, the following are due for the types of membership: a single registration fee which covers administrative costs, and an affiliation fee per four weeks.
In the event of payment by direct debit, the member must complete and sign a SEPA European direct debit form, and send it to LP PERFORMANCE SPRL at the latest when signing the affiliation form. By signing the SEPA form, the member authorizes: - LP PERFORMANCE SPRL to send orders to debit the member's account to the member's payment service provider; - its payment service provider to debit its account according to the instructions of LP PERFORMANCE SPRL. In the event of non-payment of a due date, access to activities will be suspended until regularization and the balance of payments due will be immediately payable. If the said balance is not paid within one month, a recovery file will be opened and a lump sum compensation of € 250 will be due, unless the club is held responsible for serious misconduct or non-compliance with the contract.
The monthly direct debit payment order will be made between the first and tenth of each month for the amount indicated in the registration form. In the event of insufficient funds in the account, the customer's bank may charge an administrative fee.
LP PERFORMANCE SPRL reserves the right to review the prices annually. Members are informed at least 1 month before a price change by email and by posting the communication in the gym.
Each member in order of payment of contributions can freeze his affiliation for a maximum of four consecutive weeks per year. The subscription is then extended by four weeks. The membership fee is not due during this period. During this freeze period, the member does not have access to the club. The member who wants to benefit from this freeze period must first notify the club.
3. Opening hours.
LP PERFORMANCE SPRL reserves the right to modify the opening hours.
4. Group lessons.
All lessons must be booked through the app or in the gym.
LP PERFORMANCE SPRL reserves the right to modify the schedule at its best convenience. These changes will be announced on the website and the application in order to allow the member to consult the schedule.
Unsubscribing from a course is done via the application or on site and must be done at least six hours before the start of the course. If on two times there has been no shows or if there has been a late cancelation, the member can no longer book classes during one week.
5. Termination
The member may terminate their membership by sending a registered letter to LP PERFORMANCE SPRL, Avenue du Pentathlon 1, 1140 Evere or by email to info@lpperformance.be.
The termination of a membership requires one month's notice. The membership will be terminated on the last day of the month following the date of the termination request. However, termination can only occur after the initial commitment period specified in the signed contract. For example, if the contract is for one year, termination can only occur after one year.
If the member wishes to terminate prematurely (for example, after six months instead of one year), they may terminate the contract as if the full commitment period had been respected, but a penalty of three months' membership fees will be due. This penalty will be added to the total amount remaining until the effective termination.
Premature termination for medical reasons will only be accepted with a medical certificate issued by a specialist.
LP PERFORMANCE SPRL reserves the right to terminate the membership in case of serious or repeated violations of the internal rules or any behavior deemed unacceptable, as reported by a staff member. LP PERFORMANCE SPRL will notify the member by registered mail. Under no circumstances will there be any reimbursement, compensation, or cancellation of payments that remain due.
6. Risks and responsibilities.
Neither LP PERFORMANCE, nor its collaborators or agents can be held responsible for the death, personal injury or illness of members, their children or visitors intervening on the territory of the club, except by reason of an intentional act or a serious fault. on behalf of LP PERFORMANCE SPRL, its employees or agents. The use of the material made available by LP PERFORMANCE SPRL, as well as the participation in a program or in parts of courses and / or activity of any nature whatsoever, are done entirely at the member's own risk.
Neither LP PERFORMANCE SPRL, nor its employees or agents can be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of property on the territory of the club, except due to an intentional act or serious misconduct on the part of LP PERFORMANCE SRPL, its collaborators or agents. The member must always leave his valuables at the reception.
The member is responsible for damage caused to the properties of LP PERFROMANCE SPRL, employees and agents.
7. Rules of procedure.
The member is supposed to be aware of the internal regulations of the LP PERFORMANCE SPRL establishment to comply with them. The member is obliged to read it before entering the clubs. The general conditions and internal regulations can be requested from the LP PERFORMANCE SPRL establishment.
8. General conditions.
Belgian law is exclusively applicable to these conditions and to all contracts concluded by or with LP PERFORMANCE SPRL.
The parties agree to submit any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of the obligations contracted by the parties before the District Court of Justice of the canton where the club is located.
Unless a new address is communicated by the member, any notification to the address indicated by the latter when registering will be considered validly made.
LP PERFROMANCE SPRL is authorized to modify the internal regulations and the general conditions. The amended internal regulations apply directly to everyone; the modified general conditions apply to new members and to members whose affiliation is extended.
9. Medical assistance.
The member hereby declares that he or she is in good health, that he or she has no medical or other reason that could prevent him from participating in a physical effort and that the performance of a physical effort can not cause any damage to his or her health, safety and health. / or physical condition.
One cannot make any use of the club if one suffers from an infection, contagious disease or has injuries such as open wounds, open wounds, etc. for which there is a risk that the health, safety and / or physical condition of other members will be damaged.
10. Respect for private life.
LP PERFORMANCE SPRL behaves in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data of December 8, 1992.

Your personal data is not communicated to third parties.
By a dated and signed request addressed to LP PERFORMANCE SPRL and with proof of your identity (copy of your identity card) you can receive free of charge a written statement of your personal data and possibly a correction of incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant data. Your personal data will be communicated to you no later than 45 days after receipt of your request.
11.Authorization of reproduction and representation of photographs.
The member declares to have authorized LP PERFORMANCE to photograph / film him on the occasion of his participation in personal trainings / group lessons for which he has registered and to fix, reproduce and communicate to the public the photographs / videos on which he appears and which have been taken under this authorization.
The photographs / videos may be exploited and used strictly by LP Performance, in particular on the occasion of publications on the Facebook page / Instagram account that he has created in his name, on the occasion of an advertisement on the LPPERFORMANCE.BE site as well as on the occasion of publication of articles. on his blog. These photographs / videos may be transferred to third parties, in all forms and all media, known and unknown to date, throughout the world, without time limit, in full or in extracts.
Expressly forbids to exploit the photographs / videos likely to infringe the private life or the reputation of the persons to which they concern.
The member expressly waives any claim for remuneration for the exploitation of the rights concerned by this authorization.
12. Cancellation of personal training session: all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and will be postponed. A cancellation under 48 hours or a "no show" will be counted as a session taken and done, it will therefore be paid or deducted from the package.
